Stewart Stephens

Founder & Chief Information Officer

As President, Stewart Stephens is responsible for leading XchangeLabs’ strategy and growth. Stewart has over 20 years of professional software development experience and proven success in architecting innovative enterprise systems. With a strong passion for improving health care, and an entrepreneurial spirit, Stewart founded XchangeLabs with the vision to enhance not only the quality of care being provided to patients but speed the delivery and increase the accuracy of medication administration to patients throughout the continuum of care.

Stewart previously served as CIO & CTO of the first company to successfully develop and deploy a remote dispensing technology to the long-term care industry capable of supporting and monitoring multiple facilities in the United States.

Stewart also served as the Technical Lead for Achieve Healthcare Technologies overseeing the clinical aspects of their Matrix electronic health record product and was responsible for providing mentoring and leadership to the technical staff and ensuring that projects conform to the high development and architectural standards required for the first cloud-based electronic health record in long-term care.

Prior to founding XchangeLabs, Stewart spent over 10 years developing and architecting software and systems designed to improve the quality of care provided by pharmacy and long-term care organizations. Stewart is now focused on bringing his extensive experience in developing enterprise-grade, secure and multi-lingual software for companies like Wells Fargo, CBS, MTV, Nokia, Herman Miller, Achieve Healthcare Technologies and Hilton to the healthcare industry.

Stewart has patented multiple systems related to improving the quality of patient care in the long-term care industry.

Cary Lorimer

Chief Financial Officer

Cary has over thirty years of financial and business experience in industries ranging from utilities to healthcare. Cary was a senior manager at the world’s largest international accounting and advisory firm Deloitte. While there, Cary was responsible for managing some of the largest clients for the Dallas/Ft. Worth office, including Texas Utilities Company, Lone Star Gas Company and Lincoln Property Company.

Cary has served as chief financial officer for the US operation of the international human capital group Adia and was responsible for managing banking relationships, mergers and acquisitions and ultimately dispositions and sales of subsidiaries.

Cary has served in capacities of chief executive officer and in other significant leadership roles for companies in the healthcare, energy, and real estate and entertainment industries. His varied background provides XchangeLabs with a seasoned outlook and deep experience to focus the strategic vision of the Company and provide tactical expertise to all financial aspects of operations.

Cary is a graduate of the Baylor University Hankamer School of Business. He is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Terry Allard, R.Ph.

VP, Pharmacy Solutions

Terry has practiced as a Long Term Care Pharmacist for over 30 years and has a broad background in pharmacy. Prior to joining XchangeLabs he was the General Manager for Amerita Specialty Infusion Services.

Terry previously held the position of Chief Pharmacy Officer for OnSiteRx which operated 6 LTC pharmacies and was instrumental in pioneering remote automated dispensing systems in Texas, Arizona and Pennsylvania. During this time he worked with the Arizona Board of Pharmacy to obtain a waiver for the first and only remote dispensing system in Arizona.

Terry had a 23 year career with PharMerica where he served as Senior General Manager for PharMerica. He managed a 10,000 resident LTC pharmacy and had management oversight of seven LTC pharmacies. While there, he was also responsible for Government and Regulatory Affairs for Texas and did pharmacist recruiting for Texas. Prior to this, he worked as LTC Consultant Pharmacist and supervised seven consultant pharmacists. He was a Regional Sales Manager for North Texas and Louisiana for 5 years where he developed and executed business plans for sales and marketing for five long-term care pharmacies.

He was also the Chairman for the Texas Long Term Care pharmacy coalition. He served on the Task Force for the Texas State Board of Pharmacy to implement Senate Bill 98/768.

Terry received his Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He is a registered pharmacist in the states of Texas and Pennsylvania.

Robert Smith

VP, Operations & Services

Robert brings extensive experience in the field of operational management and business. He has owned and operated a construction related business responsible for the overall management and coordination of crews and materials. Under his leadership, the company became one of the largest specialty construction companies in North Texas. He has managed multiple work groups and was the Operations Manager of a restoration company in charge of half of the operations of that company.

Robert was an integral member of the team that perfected automated pharmacy operations in the United States. That background lends itself to the critical operation of XchangeLabs solutions for pharmacies seeking to streamline their operations and reduce costs and increase efficiencies. Robert also managed pharmacy purchasing and has significant insight into the operational needs of institutional pharmacy operations.

Robert has successfully completed certification as a repair technician for JVM equipment. He is also certified in HIPAA compliance in the United States.
